Job Description

To assist commercial manager on department task which included purchase, import and inventory control and day-to-day operations. Ultimately, you’ll create and maintain good relationships with all the key stakeholders to ensure products in high quality, stock availability and delivering on time. 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead and provide advice at an expert level on all things related to purchase, import and inventory
    control
  • To do stock performance analysis between forecast and actual sale and identify reason of gap
    variance
  • Plan and manage stock level of all products category at the optimum level including monitor on
    slow moving, short expire, spoil and propose action plans
  • Identify and propose action plan on products which need to do promotion or clearance to minimize
    the write off on stock
  • To deal and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders include suppliers, customers, internal
    team and government officer
  • Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective
    contracts and deals
  • Conducting market research and analyze on company strength, weakness, opportunity and threat
    also the positioning of the company in the market
  • To lead on shipment of company from supplier warehouse until company warehouse
  • Evaluate products and service quality of the supplier
  • Other tasks assigned by department manager

Qualifications

  • University graduate in Accounting, Business Management, Logistic or related field
  • At least 3 years relevant experience on import and food distributed role is a plus
  • Able to work under pressure deadline
  • Fluently on English
  • Excellent in Ms. Office especially advance excel.
  • Self-improvement, working independently
  • Good time management priority task.
  • Knowledge experience SAP would high advantage.
