Brands We Represent
This "Special de Claire” has been cultivated using methods of the purest oyster tradition of the Marennes-Oléron region. It has all the aspects of diva; class, refinement and elegance. These oysters combine the character of tenor and the finesse of a soprano. To start, iodine flavor infused with hazelnut is prolonged in the mouth with sweet and delicate notes.
"Fine de Claire” oysters are sought after for their unique color and flavor. These oysters are finished for several weeks in knee-deep clay ponds where they fatten and develop a sweeter, fruitier taste due to the presence of phytoplankton.
